Introduction

I was a young alumni when I joined my first company. It felt similar to being in school; I was embarrassed to find that even in a professional setting, communication wasn’t always effective.

After several years, I decided to leave that company and join another, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I encountered similar challenges, albeit with slight improvements. I began to question why I wasn’t as happy in my professional life as I had hoped to be?

While there isn’t one exact answer to this dilemma, there are tools available to improve your relationship with work by addressing underlying personal issues first. Many problems stem from our attitudes and how we navigate our daily professional and personal lives.

It’s essential to reflect on these aspects and make necessary adjustments. Most of the time, the following advice are more important than technical or specialty aspects, especially for those wishing to boost their careers.
